Did I really just pay 30 bucks for 4 pieces of plastic?
Looks good in the pictures...looks OK setup I guess. It's actually made of 4 thin plastic pieces that simply push together. Weighs next to nothing. Makes that plastic scraping noise if you move it around. Worth 10 bucks-tops. I wouldnt stack these, or put anything expensive in them.

Not very stable or attractive
I didn't want to splurge on a wooden wine rack so I decided to try four of these instead (buy 3 get 1 free deal from Amazon seemed like great value). If you want to use it on shelves in a closet it's not a bad buy. But it's not very attractive and stacking seems pretty dicey. If you want to stack them more than two high you will definitely need to anchor the sides to a wall. Two high works okay but requires zip ties for stability and even that makes me a little nervous. The plastic is the glossy kind that scratches if you look at it wrong and attracts every bit of dust and pet hair in the house. Since I didn't realize all its shortcomings until I had unpackaged all 4 and tried several configurations I guess I'm stuck with it for now, but eventually I'll find something better-looking and more stable...preferably wooden.
Practical and easy
I was looking for a cheap solution to store some wine bottles out of the way. Since I have a cellar, and since I have shelves, I thought it was the perfect solution.
The shelves come knocked down and wrapped in plastic in one big box. Take out the four pieces, insert Tab A into slot A, repeat all the way around, and that's pretty much it.
My "wine cellar" is a typical New England basement built on ledge. In winters, it's bone dry and in the summers slightly dump. Nice to have plastic that isn't going to rust or mold. Being modular, these are stackable, but my shelves don't allow of it. They are side by side, and in the semi-darkness, no one is really going to spot the plastic. Then again, considering my budget, no wine snobs are likely to be hanging around my basement. Also nice that each units holds a full case.
I'd highly recommend these for an easy, practical solution for a reasonable price.
