I am well pleased. It was just what I expected and just what I wanted
It was well packaged, undamaged, as advertised and fits in front of a single window. This was the purpose for which I needed it.

Produce is fine, dealing with the company IMPOSSIBLE
The product appears to be sturdy and was simple and easy to put together. The Bakers Rack looks good and appears to be suitable for the purpose of which I purchased it for.
The problem I encountered was the package arrived minus 2 or the 4 advertised shelves. The customer service response was minimal, first I was told as soon as they knew what was missing they would ship them immediately. The product missing pieces were designated in the FIRST email to the seller. About 2 weeks after the package arrived, I received a flurry of telephone calls from at least 5 different persons at this company. All of whom told me something different, ranging from we will ship the parts today, to, well it is made in China and we have to wait for them to make them and ship them, Oh and it is not our fault, they are packaged and shipped from China. I requested a return label, which was denied by all five reps. I finally notified Amazon and open a complaint and surprise, surprise the needed parts...

Love, Love, Love this item. It has plenty of room to display your dishes and your wine bottles. I also decorated it with ivy. I am very pleased with my purchase.
