good solid rack for a great price
This stackable wine rack was very easy to assemble, required no tools except a mallet to tap them into place, all the pre-drilled holes surprisingly lined up, and is quite sturdy. Its a little plain, but for simply storing wine in the basement, who cares! It serves the purpose and the price is the best around.

not all wine bottles will fit
Minor issue: If a bottle moves forward (bumped while getting a neighboring bottle, or house vibration) it will drop inside the frame to the floor (lowest level bottles) or onto the bottles below.

More significant problem: The rack is designed only for the smaller 750 ml bottles. The slightly "fatter" bottles will not fit. I solved the problem by putting shims (washers) between the framing units which gives more height between the layers.However this does not solve the "horizontal" problem - I had to leave a gap between every second bottle.
